When developping the Standard Production Plant we always had the process in mind. Therefore the plant is composed of standard and high-sophisticated parts.
The basic components are:
a single walled, pressureless vessel with a useful volume of 50 l
a reversible anchor stirrer type RFG-02-A with blade elements and fixed flow breaker
a high-performance mixing and dispersing machine type DBI 2000/4
a circulation and emptying system with manually operated valves, tube diameter 1"
a simple but reliable electric control for manual operation.
The operating elements for on/off and indication of the temperature in the product (via Pt 100)
are housed in a small control cabinet for wall-mounting.
