When developping the Standard Production Plant we always had the process in mind. Therefore the plant is composed of standard and high-sophisticated parts.
The basic components are:

a single walled, pressureless vessel with a useful volume of 2000 l

a reversible anchor stirrer type RFG-07-A with blade elements and fixed flow breaker

a high-performance mixing and dispersing machine type DBI 2000/20 or UTL 1000/20
-
a circulation and emptying system with manually operated valves, tube diameter 2"
-
a simple but reliable electric control for manual operation.
The operating elements for on/off and indication of the temperature in the product (via Pt 100)
are housed in a small control cabinet for wall-mounting.
There are different options for each of the basic components.
