The LABOR-PILOT – Dispax Reactor (DR) is a s compact and multipurpose inline laboratory dispersing machine. This high-performance multiple-stage mixer is used for the production of micro-emulsions and very fine suspensions. The DR uses the rotor-stator principle and is best suited for continuous applications that cannot be accomplished using conventional stirring methods. Three rotor-stator combinations (generators) in a series produce a small droplet or particle size, with a very narrow distribution. The LABOR-PILOT DR 2000/4 is suitable for wide range of applications, particularly in the chemical, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, plastics, colors and food industries.
