High Shear Mixer solutions for Milk Solids
Milk solids are derived from spray drying and separating the various solids found in liquid milk. Milk solids are used in a wide range of products and include whole milk powder, skim milk powder, non-fat dry milk (NFDM), caseinates, and other milk protein powders. Powdered milk solids offer producers advantages over liquid milk including decreased transportation costs, longer shelf life, and the ability to easily achieve a desired solids loading in a given product.
